CORPORATE DISCOVERY

An initial discovery session with the Executive/s, Project Lead/s and Digital Lead/s assesses the project goals, resources & infrastructure, implementation processes, workflows, and timeframes. This defines the planned implementation strategy

STRUCTURED IMPLEMENTATION

The Implementation framework sets out the guidelines , and maps out the implementation delivery for each stage of process from project setup, workflow optimisations, hands on training, and required hardware and product installations

SUSTAINED ADOPTION

A cooling off period is agreed to enable all the project team members to get up to speed with the implemented workflows and solutions. Follow up support sessions with the project team ensure a successful implementation and continued adoption
